Bibi’s

Homemade salads & hot dishes · Soho, London

Bibi’s cooks homemade salads and hot dishes from family recipes at Smith’s Court, Soho. We built the restaurant’s first website in 2025 and rebuilt it in August 2026 as a fast, multi-page site where every dish, every allergen and every way to order is a page Google can read. Search for “bibis soho” and Bibi’s is the first result — average position 1.2, with 43% of searchers clicking straight through.

The website for Bibi’s, a family-run lunch spot in Soho — rebuilt in 2026 from a single-page app into a fast, 13-page site with the full menu, allergen information, catering enquiries with instant confirmations, and restaurant structured data that keeps it first for its own name.

What this means for your business

If you run an independent restaurant and want a site that answers the questions customers actually ask — what’s on, what’s in it, how do I order — this is the build.

The first result for your own name

For “bibis soho” the site sits at an average position of 1.2 and 43% of searchers click through. People who heard about the restaurant from a colleague land on the real site, not on a delivery platform’s listing.

Catering enquiries that answer themselves

Office-lunch and event enquiries go through one form: the team gets the details by email and the customer gets an immediate confirmation, so no enquiry sits unanswered through a busy lunch service.

Questions answered before anyone calls

The full menu, a 26-entry allergen guide, opening hours and a map each have their own page — so the answer to “can I eat here?” is one search away.

The brief

Family recipes, a loyal lunch crowd, and a site to match.

Bibi’s was founded by chef Bilur Yapici — Bibi — and her partner Tansel, cooking family recipes fresh every weekday at Smith’s Court in Soho. The food already had a loyal lunchtime following; the brand needed an online home that matched it, and a way for office managers to book catering.

We built the first site in 2025 as a single-page app. By 2026 the restaurant needed more than one page could hold — a full menu, allergen information, catering, its story — and each of those needed to be something a search engine could find on its own.

How we built it

Rebuilt in Astro: every question gets its own page.

In August 2026 we rebuilt the site in Astro on Cloudflare’s edge as 13 static pages: home, menu, story, gallery, locations, catering, franchise, contact, FAQ, allergens and the legal pages. Everything ships as plain HTML, so it loads instantly on a phone in a queue.

Restaurant structured data carries the address, map coordinates, opening hours, the menu and an order action, so Google and AI assistants can answer “where is Bibi’s, and is it open?” without guessing. The catering and contact form sends the team a branded email and the customer an instant confirmation, with spam filtered out before it reaches an inbox.

Ordering stays with the pick-up platforms the restaurant already uses; the site’s job is to get people there in one tap.
