All That Falafel
Halal falafel & shawarma · London Bridge, SE1
All That Falafel had four busy counters around London Bridge and a website that wasn’t pulling its weight. We rebuilt it from the ground up as a fast, static site with a page for every product and every location. Over the same 90-day summer window, organic Google clicks rose from 693 in 2025 to 1,279 in 2026, impressions grew 3.4×, and the average search position climbed from around 19 to 7.8.
A fast, static rebuild for a London falafel chain with four counters around London Bridge — a page for every product and location, one-tap ordering, local SEO that took organic clicks up 85% year on year, and an internal dashboard that syncs Square sales every night.

Average Google position, up from around 19 a year earlier — off page two and onto page one
What this means for your business
If you run a busy food business across several sites and your website is the weakest part of the operation, this is the rebuild that turns it into the front door.
Found by people who are hungry nearby
The site now shows up for the searches that fill a lunch queue — 21,000+ impressions in 90 days for “falafel wrap near me” and “falafel near me” alone — and sits at position 2.4 for “falafel London Bridge”.
From search to order in one tap
Every order button hands off to the brand’s ordering platform with tracking attached, and a single install link sends each phone to the right app store — so the owners can see which pages actually produce orders.
Yesterday’s numbers before opening time
An internal dashboard pulls Square sales every night and puts daily sales, staff hours, extra costs and customer feedback on one screen. Staffing and stock decisions run on data, not memory.
The brief
Four busy counters, one website that wasn’t keeping up.
All That Falafel has served halal falafel and shawarma around London Bridge since 2019, from counters on Borough High Street, Southwark Street, Long Lane and America Street. On the street, the food does the marketing. Online, the brand was hard to find: a year before the rebuild, the site averaged around position 19 on Google — page two for most of the searches a lunchtime crowd makes.
The brief was to rebuild the site so every product and every location could be found, to make ordering a single tap, and to give the owners a clear view of the business behind the counter.

How we built it
Static, fast, and structured for search.
We rebuilt the site as a fully static Next.js build served from Cloudflare’s edge — no server to slow down at lunchtime and nothing to patch. Every menu item has its own page with nutrition information, and every location carries its address and opening hours.
Structured data describes the restaurant, each product, the FAQs and the breadcrumbs, and an llms.txt file gives AI assistants a plain summary — so Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity can read the menu instead of guessing at it.
Ordering stays where it works best: each order button hands off to the brand’s ordering platform with tracking tags attached. Analytics only runs after the visitor consents, in line with UK GDPR.

The results
Nearly twice the clicks, from the same streets.
Measured over the same 90-day summer window (8 July – 5 October), organic Google clicks went from 693 in 2025, before the rebuild, to 1,279 in 2026 — up 85%. Impressions grew from 15,624 to 52,939, and the average position moved from around 19 to 7.8.
The growth is not only people searching for the name. In the last 90 days the site appeared 17,423 times for “falafel wrap near me” and 3,646 times for “falafel near me”, and it ranks at position 2.4 for “falafel London Bridge” — people who are hungry and nearby, not people who already know the brand.
Behind the counter
An operations dashboard the owners actually open.
Alongside the website we built an internal dashboard for the business itself. Every night it syncs the previous day’s sales from Square, and it brings daily sales, staff hours, extra costs and customer feedback onto one screen — so staffing and stock decisions are made on yesterday’s numbers.
